New guitar for son of Black Crowes singer
A new guitar has been bought for the young son of The Black Crowes singer Chris Robinson.
Six-year-old Ryder Robinson was given the gift as a present by his mother, the actress Kate Hudson.
The film star presented her child with the gift in New York, where she is currently on location filming her new movie Something Borrowed, reports Babbler Magazine.
While it remains to be seen whether Ryder will manage to follow in his father's footsteps and embark upon a successful musical career, The Black Crowes are gearing up for an extensive tour of the US later this year.
The band, who recently appeared at Jazzfest in New Orleans, are to kick off a mammoth series of shows on May 14th 2010 at the Hangout Festival in Alabama, an event also set to feature Alison Krauss and John Legend.
Their tour will then run constantly until late November this year.Posted on 5 May 2010 20:45 to category : Instruments News
