New Roland Digital Pianos Just Announced
Roland has just announced four new Pianos, including the new FP-90, which is the latest generation model in the popular FP series of portable digital pianos. The FP-90 delivers both a professional level performance and attractive looks,along with portability. Equipped with a newly developed on-board audio system, the FP-90 offers a rich, full sound for intimate performances, as well as home playing. Not only does the FP-90 offer acoustic piano sounds, it also includes many non-piano sounds such as pro-quality electric pianos, strings, organs, and synths.
Equipped with Bluetooth audio/MIDI, the FP-90 allows users to play along with audio and MIDI songs stored on USB memory, or music streamed via a phone or tablet. Bluetooth MIDI also enables hands-free page turning in Sheet Music Direct and piaScore apps. The FP-90 also allows users to record performances as WAV or MP3 audio directly to USB memory. Additional features include a discrete bi-amp system, a three-band EQ, line output jacks for connecting to a PA system, PHA-50 Progressive Hammer Action Keyboard delivers the latest sensing technology for the ultimate performance.
As well as the FP-90, Roland will also be launching DP603 Digital Piano, which provides a stylish home instrument with a slim modern design. The DP603 is equipped with Roland’s latest SuperNATURAL Piano Modeling technology and a highly expressive playing feel with the new PHA-50 keyboard, as well as an on-board speaker and built-in metronome. This stunning combination of wood and ivory-style materials provide both authentic playability and lasting durability.Available in Polished Ebony, Polished White, or Contemporary Black finishes, the DP603 allows users to chose the ideal look for to complement their home or the stage, making it the perfect choice for the modern player.
Like the DP-90, this model also comes equipped with the latest Bluetooth technology for a tablet or smartphone, allowing audio playback and connectivity with the latest apps. With Bluetooth, the possibilities are endless as users can wirelessly stream songs through the speakers, perfect for both play-along fun and background music for entertaining.Users can also play along with the piano’s built-in classical etudes and exercises, audio and MIDI songs stored on USB memory
