New George Harrison app showcases guitars
Dubbed 'The Guitar Collection: George Harrison, the app offers fans of the late musician an extensive bounty of information and imagery relating to his exquisite assortment of guitars.
Some of the guitars on show in the interactive app include his Rickenbacker 360/12, his Fender 'Rocky Stratocaster and his Fender Rosewood Telecaster.
Not only are the guitars represented as 360 degree pictures, they come with detailed descriptions and titbits of content.
There is also audio commentary as well as videos of the guitars being played by the likes of his son Dhani, Josh Homme, Ben Harper and Mike Campbell, offering people endless hours of fun.
The app, which is the product of work between the George Harrison estate and Bandwidth Publishing, is retailing for $9.99 (approximately £6.50) and will launch on February 23rd.
