NAMM 2017: Antelope Audio Unveil Orion32 HD Interface
Featuring an extensive collection of vintage FX powered by Antelope Audio's innovative Field Programmable Gate Array, the Orion32 HD brings legendary vintage gear into a more modern and technologically proficient age in which classic parameters and FX have been melded with high quality hardware for excellent results. With a OS X and Windows compatible app available so that you can efficiently control your software in real time, the Orion 32HD makes full use of the technology at its disposal to ensure an incomparable processing experience.
As noted previously, the Orion 32HD provides many notable features that set it apart from the rest. Its 64 Channels I/O allow for simultaneous streaming across the board. An especially ergonomic feature that can be used to great effect in a creative environment, you can now make the most of your recording experience by utilising all the space at your disposal. The clocking capabilities of the Antelopes 64-BIT Clocking Technology are second to none. With 2 Word Clock and Loopsync outputs and Antelope 10M/10MX Atomic Clock inputs you can expect an extremely reliable and consistent conversion process. Antelope Audio's notorious Pure 2 Mastering Converter is gratuitously included, enabling you to monitor DA clearer than ever, whilst its custom FPGA multiple monitor mixers allow for real time processing.
Housed within an economic casing, Orion 32HD's 'green' design features no fans, meaning that the necessity for expensive machine rooms or iso racks is rendered obsolete. Designed with the user in mind, Antelope Audio offer a device that delivers on every front, making the creative process that much more enjoyable.
