NAMM 2016: Orange O Bass, 4 Stroke Series Amplifiers and OB-1 Combo Announced
The O Bass was initially used as a demonstrator piece at NAMM 2014, however, following a few leaked videos on the internet, Orange has been inundated with requests to bring the bass guitar into production. Orange has responded to the masses and introduced the O Bass in three distinct finishes: orange, black and Tear Drop Sunburst.
Everything from motown to rock 'n' roll can be delivered well sonically through this vintage-styled guitar with custom-wound pickups.
4 Stroke is Orange's latest rackmount bass amplifiers, available in 300 and 500 watt versions, that can go from crystal clean to expressive with assertive bite from unparalleled EQ control. The class AB circuitry helps deliver these tones with real authority - and according to Orange, it will leave Class D amplifiers in its wake!
Building on the success of the OB-1 rackmountable amp heads - Orange has now introduced the OB1-300 Combo in two different finishes; black or orange. It boasts a 15" eminence speaker, active EQ and balanced and line outputs.
