NAMM 2016: Alesis Forge and Command Electronic Drum Kits
Alesis has introduced two new electronic drum kits at winter NAMM 2016 - the Forge and Command. Both are 8-piece kits (5 drums, 3 cymbals) with a highly-capable electronic drum module and a chrome 4-post rack for solid support during even the hardest playing sessions.

These electronic drum kits deliver professional sound quality and versatility at an unheard-of value price.

The Forge Kit is a complete 8-piece kit that includes everything you need to play like a professional. It features an 11" dual-zone snare and three 8" tom pads for great feel and natural response, plus a kick drum pad with pedal. Also included are three cymbals that provide a virtually unlimited range of playing expression: a ride cymbal, a crash cymbal with choke function and a responsive high-hat.

The Alesis Command Kit is an 8-piece kit that features exclusive Alesis snare and kick drum Mesh pads that deliver an authentic drumming experience with ''real drum'' sound, response and rebound. The two 9'' dual-zone rack toms are combined with an 11'' dual-zone floor tom and three 10'' cymbals.

Both kits come complete with the Alesis Advanced Drum Module, featuring 70 kits (50 factory pre-set and 20 user-customisable) and 600 sounds. The premium chrome 4-post mounting rack keeps everything solid and secure so drummers can really play hard and the set won't "travel" or lose its positioning.

''Alesis is well-know for responsive, realistic-sounding electronic drum kits. Our new Forge and Command kits deliver a truly professional level of sound, feel and flexibility with amazing value that is going to have drummers smiling and everyone else wondering how we did it.'' - Tim Root, Global Percussion Product Manager for Alesis.
