NAMM 2014, UPDATED: Moog Sub 37 Details Revealed
The Moog Sub 37 is an analog synthesizer, based on the Sub Phatty with a new paraphonic features, letting you play the two oscillators independently, even though they share the same voltage-controlled filter and amplifier.
Listening to feedback from Sub Phatty users, Moog expanded the Sub 37 to 37 keys. Other features taken into account have also been taken from user feedback, leading to a maximised set of features, the extra space allowed these features to be brought to the control surface so they can be tweaked.
The build of the Sub 37 is very similar to the Sub Phatty, but there's a new Analog Feedback control added, giving a range of saturated and overdriven tones (in addition to the multidrive).
