Yamaha announce new MG series and MGP series mixing consoles at NAMM 2012. 40 years since the first Yamaha analogue mixing console and 25 years since the first Yamaha digital mixer, Yamaha are set to release a groundbreaking set of professional mixing consoles. The new MG and MGP series draws from the decades of experience Yamaha have gained since the release of there first mixing console back in 1972 and uses all the latest technologies to deliver a new class of mixer offering premium sound and maximum flexibility. Not just for live bands and DJ's the MG premium mixing consoles can be used with a range of applications from portable PA's to fixed installations and offer superior sound quality in a class of their own. From preamp, EQ and effects to hybrid channel functions and iPod, iPhone connective the MGP12X 12 channel mixing console and the MGP16X 16 channel mixing consoles offer premium sound qiality. Not only have Yamaha completely re-designed the internal circuitry for these mixing consoles, they have took a new approach to the design featuring a new colour coordinate control surface that is as practical as it is attractive, naturally guiding the user to the right functions. Yamaha have truly added an amazing collection of Mixing consoles to there collection and offered more choice than ever before, so if you need to mix in a small venue or a large arena, MG & MGP mixing consoles have all areas covered.
