NAMM 2011: ESP unveil Metallica and Slayer signature guitars
Metaller's favourite guitar manufacturer ESP has announced James Hetfield, Kirk Hammett and Slayer Reign in Blood signature guitars to be released at NAMM 2011.
The James Hetfield Snakebyte is a brand new ESP model for 2011, featuring a set neck and 24.75" scale with a mahogany body and neck complimented by an ebony finger and 22 XJ frets.
Sperzel locking tuners, Schaller straplocks and a Tonepros locking bridge / tailpiece add high end components to this stunning guitar.

25 years after the release of their classic album Reign in Blood, ESP are giving Slayer their dues with the limited edition LTD Slayer-2011 guitar.
Producing just 250 worldwide, the LTD Slayer-2011 has custom graphic artwork from the album, alongside a special LTD headstock logo in Slayer?s distinctive font.
Other noticeable features are pentagram shaped neck inlays as well as the Slayer logo inlayed near the 12th fret.
Using bolt-on construction, this alder body guitar has a maple neck and rosewood fingerboard, 24 XJ frets, a TOM bridge and string thru body design as well as EMG 81 and EMG 85 active pickups.
ESP's NAMM announcements are completed by the Kirk Hammett Signature Series including the ESP KH-2 SE and LTD KH-SE, limited to just 100 and 300 worldwide respectively.
