Musikmesse 2014: Marshall Custom Tattoo Amps Showcased
Each of the five designs reflect the artist's individual styles.
With a bold, solid style, Phil Kyle appeared on London Ink and has been in bands since he was 15 and understands the similarity between the passion for his craft and Marshall's passion for theirs.
Antony Fleming from World of Tattoos also appreciates that tattooing and music go hand-in-hand, and describes his style as neo-traditional.
"The bands I loved as a teenager totally influenced me, and many of those bands are part of the Marshall family", says Vicky Morgan from Ghost House Tattoos, who brings a more traditional approach to the design.
With a Japanese and traditional twist, Tutti Serra aimed to mix music with paintings, proud to have his designs on Marshall's iconic amps.
Emily Wood, from Black Heart Tattoo, would also describe her style as neo-traditional. She loves taking a customer's idea and interpreting it in her own style, finding it interesting to see tattoo artwork in different places.
