Musikmesse 2013: Washburn Unveil Parallaxe The Ultimate Shred Guitars

Parallaxe Guitars from Washburn
Washburn Parallaxe Guitars at Musikmesse
Washburn have unleashed their new shred machines; the Parallaxe series. A full range of 6, 7 and 8 string guitars designed specifically for faster heavier players.

Whilst many other guitar makers have rushed to get their own 7 and 8 string shredders out to market Washburn have concentrated on offering a well developed and uncompromising selection of guitars.

The Parallaxe series boasts a huge number of top quality components throughout the range. Including Floyd Rose original tremolos, brass block bridges, Grover locking tuners, and USA Seymour Duncan and EMG pickups. The two major consistencies across all of the Parallaxes are the ebony fretboards and Buzz Feiten tuning systems.

Washburn is certainly talking up this series, dubbing Parallaxe "the perfect shred machine". Within this new line are three series'. Firstly, the double cutaway PXMs and PXSs and the single cutaway PXLs. As is common each series will have it's own range of options, including different woods, switching upgrades, soft/hard tails and different pickup combinations.

Stay tuned for more guitar product launches at this year's Musikmesse show.
