Musikmesse 2011: Orange Announce Dark Terror Guitar Amp Head
Threatening a "beast to be unleashed," Orange Amps have announced the Dark Terror head in time for Musikmesse 2011.
Judging this amp by its diminutive size could fool you - the sound of this machine is mind blowing, combining the shape control of the Thunder series with the size and weight of the Terror.
Describing the amp as "Frankenstein, Orange promise creepy amounts of gain and disturbing responsiveness - uncompromising, brutal and ferocious.
The Dark Terror features a high gain preamps, with 3 x ECC82 / 12AX7 tubes and a valve driven FX loop.
Four stages of gain ensure this amp is aggressive, with 15 Watts Class A, switchable to 7 Watts.
