Musikmesse 2010: Numark introduce X5 DJ mixer, the perfect fit for V7
Numark unveil the X5 DJ mixer, perfectly complimenting the company's V7 moterized turntable software controller, revealed at Musikmesse 2010.
24-Bit, Two-Channel Digital Mixer Delivers Premium Looks, Feel and Performance.
Numark, the world's leading manufacturer of DJ technology, announces X5, its new two-channel digital mixer.
Borrowing from the industrial design of the award-winning Numark family of ITCH controllers, X5 perfectly complements the company's V7 motorized turntable software controller.
Numark will unveil X5 at the Musikmesse, in its stand, B45 in Hall 5.1. Held March 24 27, 2010 in Frankfurt am Main, Germany, Musikmesse is the world's largest fair for musical instruments, live music and the music business.
While Numark designed X5 for a perfect fit between a pair of V7s, the two-channel mixer is compatible with all turntables, CD players and other sources.
DJs will immediately appreciate X5's rugged, club-friendly construction, which includes high-quality knobs, buttons and faders as well as Numark's CP PRO crossfader.
X5 employs the same ultra-long-lifetime CP PRO crossfader as the one in the company's universally acclaimed NS7 motorized digital DJ controller.
Numark, creator of the first 100% digital DJ mixer, continues to develop its digital mixing line with X5.
This 24-bit, high-resolution mixer contains high-end A/D and D/A circuitry and powerful look-ahead limiters at the master, booth, and headphone outputs to deliver virtually lossless, clip-proof audio performance.
Performance DJs will appreciate the fit and finish of X5 along with the mixer's professional touches, including crossfader and line-fader slope and reverse controls, channel Transform triggers.
Repositionable phono/line switches, three-band combination EQ/kills on each channel and mini-crossfader cueing control.
High quality connections including balanced analog, S/PDIF optical and coaxial digital outputs ensure optimal transmission of DJs performances to amplification and recording systems.
X5 is the perfect mate to a pair of V7s, said Chris Roman, Product Development Manager, Numark. It gives you high-end feel, total performance, looks that perfectly compliment.
X5 will be available from musical instrument and DJ retailers in Q3, 2010.Posted on 24 Mar 2010 09:03 to category : Instruments News
