Music instrument action at Eurovision
Posted on 28 May 2012 13:01 to category : Instruments News

Unfortunately, Engelbert Humperdinck's Love Will Set You Free – the song that British hopes had been set on – failed to set the leader board alight on the night.
Crooner Humperdinck's hit singles include The Way It Use To Be and The Last Waltz. But at the weekend his Eurovision song ended up with just a single entry below it on the board when the contest came to an end.
Sweden did better, however: Euphoria, their entry, grabbed the prize after coming first.
Euphoria was a very different beast from Love Will Set You Free. Sung by Loreen, the track was a dance-tinged number.
Ireland's representatives Jedward, meanwhile, managed to finish 19th out of the 26 competing countries after singing Waterline alongside an on-stage water feature, just as they had in the earlier semi final. The twins were once on The X Factor.
