Mumford & Sons LP coming
News of the guitar band's second studio record comes hot on the heels of the revelation that Learn Me Right, a new song by the group, with vocals from singer Birdy, is going to feature on the soundtrack to Brave, a Pixar feature.
Mumford & Sons have apparently set a date of September 24th for their new LP's release, giving fans plenty of time to cherish the last months of Mumford being a one album band – if that's their bag!
The revelation about the record comes courtesy of Paste – who say that the album facts (that is, it's September release and the fact that it's been recorded) emerged from members of the band, while they were onstage at a gig – they cite Roosmarijn Reijmer as providing news of the exact date it will be on sale.
Mumford and Sons last record, Sigh No More, managed an impressive number two slot in the UK album chart – while their track the Cave has become very well known, so music instrument fans can potentially expect big things from their new release.
Winter Winds and Little Lion Man are among their other tracks.
