Meinl cymbals chosen by punk drummer Ryan Leger
Posted on 15 Feb 2010 07:40 to category : Band / Celebrity News

Every Time I Die's drummer Ryan Leger has selected Meinl cymbals for his drum kit on the band's current tour.
The Canadian took up his position behind the New York state punk band's drum kit in September 2009 and has been on the road almost ever since, as the group promotes their fifth album, New Junk Aesthetic.
Leger picked Meinl cymbals for his drum kit as he wanted a hard-wearing product capable of coping with the rigours of being part of a punk band's world tour.
His set-up now includes Meinl's Mb8 drum cymbals, together with products from the manufacturer's Byzance range.
Leger is the latest performer to add Meinl cymbals to their drum kit, following the example set by This Providence drummer Andy Horst and Lamb of God sticksman Chris Adler.
Meinl cymbals are also a favourite with Marcie Chapa, the percussionist in Beyonce's all-woman backing band Sugar Mama.
