Posted on 9th Mar 2010 18:45 to category Music News
Mapex Drums has organised musical sessions to take place in towns and cities around the UK in April and May, it has been announced.
The manufacturer is to showcase its instruments and inspire musicians to improve their ability on the drum kit with the help of professional teacher Steve White.
Mapex Drums said that both it and White have a passion for encouraging the playing of the drum kit and hopes to be able to successfully transmit to those who attend the sessions, reports MI-Pro.
The first event will take place in Gainsborough on April 11th 2010, before White and Mapex visit locations such as Colchester, Reading and Cardiff.
A total of 11 dates have been planned, with stops for the tour in Birmingham, Glasgow and Manchester also in the diary.
Last month, Mapex Drums held a free workshop for musicians at the Northern School of Contemporary Music in Darlington.
