M-Audio introduce the M3-8 Black3-way studio reference monitor, set to be shipping to UK shores in September 2016. The M3-8 Black's high and mid frequency drivers are coaxial, with the mid surrounding the high, allowing for a compact standard size monitor that provides massively detailed and rich audio. The in-line design provide a comprehensive tri-directional sound in the same space as any standard two way monitor. With the high and mid-frequency drivers delivering sound along the same focal plane, the M3-8 Black enacts precise time alignment for easy and unobtrusive listening.

You can take your sound and production to the next level with the M38's 22 watts of Class AB amplification. With a production-focused specification the M3-8 Black gives ample headroom for even the loudest mixes without ever compromising its sonically accurate frequency response. Capable of dividing the frequency spectrum into selected bands with individual drivers, the M38 provides as the ultimate in monitoring through its wide and consistent dispersion pattern, resulting in a superior clarity of sound.

With the M38's design come a number of intricate features that contribute to its ability to guarantee consistent production regardless of the space in which it is situated. The powerful three band EQ provides the flexibility to shape the sound effectively to the listeners environment. With a switchable low-cut filter the M38 is able to tailor its bass response with a subwoofer. These numerous innovations collate into one outstanding studio monitor speaker that outperforms any standard typical monitor.
