Limp Bizkit finally make friends
Posted on 25 Aug 2010 16:30 to category : Music News

Fred Durst says Limp Bizkit have become friends for the first time since reforming.
The lead singer of the 'Break Stuff' nu-metal band admits that the group haven't always seen eye to eye, and he has endured a turbulent relationship with the group's guitarist Wes Borland, but since getting back together in 2009, they have been getting along much better.
Fred told NME magazine: "The thing with the band right now is that we're not just getting along, we're actually all friends. That's the first time that's happened.
"Something magical has been happening with us since early 2009."
Fred also reckons one of the main reasons Limp Bizkit - which also includes Sam Rivers, DJ Lethal, John Otto - because of the "void" left when they split, which he feels no other band has subsequently filled.
He added: "We all used to look at the void where we were and feel like nobody had really filled it in the time we were away - there's no other band in the world like Limp Bizkit. There's definitely a place for a good, sincere, fun heavy rock band and we're happy to fill that slot once more.
Limp Bizkit play the Reading festival on Sunday (29.08.10) and the Leeds festival on Saturday (28.08.10).
