Lily Allen's fury at Mark Ronson
Posted on 10 Jun 2010 07:00 to category : Music News

Mark Ronson has spoken out about his time working with Lily Allen and Amy Winehouse.
Lily Allen became annoyed when the press described Mark Ronson as the man behind her rise to fame.
The pair worked together on their version of Kaiser Chief's 'Oh My God' in 2007.
Speaking to The Guardian, Mark explained: "I know Lily is quite proud, and rightly so, she is very talented. There is no one behind Lily Allen, it's all her. She would just get mad, and I would say, 'Well I didn't write that'. She would then hang up."
Mark also worked with 'Back to Black' star Amy Winehouse for their version of 'Valerie'- and he jokes Amy would also tell him exactly what she thought of his work.
He said: "Amy would just go, 'Nah I don't like it.'"
When Mark would suggest making changes to the song, he said: "She'd say, 'Nah don't bother, it's s**t. That’s really helpful because you can waste time taking an idea that didn't like in the first place and making it vaguely better."
Mark has recently been recording with 80s group with Duran Duran.
