Legendary bass guitar player sheds light on a Mr. Big reunion
Posted on 19 Jun 2009 12:36 to category : Band / Celebrity News

Sheehan has played with huge names in the past including David Lee Roth, Mr. Big, Steve Vai, UFO, Talas, Niacin, Cozy Powell and more.
Sheehan famously uses Yamaha Bass Guitars, and has recently been showing off his new BB Series bass.
Last year Billy worked closely with Yamaha to develop his BB714BS signature bass guitar to sit alongside his previous model, the ATT LTD II.
Dennis Webster, the marketing manager at Yamaha guitars commented that "The collaboration to customize the classic BB bass has resulted in a unique new signature model. At the same time, Yamaha is releasing two new exciting colors in the historic ATT LTD II signature bass."
Speaking to Classic Rock Magazine, Sheehan said that Mr. Big are looking to play Japanese shows in June this year, and hasn't ruled out the possibility of dates elsewhere or even the creation of a new Mr. Big album.
Recently Sheehan has been recording solo material as well as touring and making special clinic appearances.
