Lady Gaga to embark on record-breaking tour
Known for her flamboyant style, the popstar will kick of what is expected to be 450 date tour next year as she seeks to cement herself as the most important and revolutionary musician of the 21st century.
Gaga has set her sight on beating the likes of U2, Michael Jackson and the Rolling Stones in terms of delivering the most attended and highest grossing tour the world has ever seen.
A source close to the singer told the Sun: "As is always the case with Gaga, the plans came to her in her sleep. She has a target of 450 dates. It has never been done before, but she's doesn't think that's a reason not to try."
She's already toured in epic fashion with her debut album The Fame but has yet to duplicate that with her follow up record Born This Way, which has been another monster hit.
The kooky musician has recently been attracting controversy over her Marry The Night music video.
