La Roux's Vanilla party

La Roux partied hard during a Vanilla Ice concert last night (10.09.10).
Singer Elly Jackson danced with pals as the 90s rapper performed his much-loved track 'Ice Ice Baby' in the PlayStation 3 SingStar area at the Bestival music festival, before racing backstage to introduce herself to him.
A source told BANG Showbiz: "La Roux normally looks quite reserved but she was really going for it at the side of the stage, smiling, laughing and dancing with pals as she sang along to his hits. Afterwards, she grabbed her group and led them to the backstage area before throwing her arms around Vanilla Ice and asking if he was having a good evening. She looked so thrilled to meet him."
The 42-year-old singer - real name Robert Matthew Van Winkle - performed at the festival, which is held on the Isle of Wight, to celebrate 'Ice Ice Baby' being one of karaoke game SingStar's most popular tracks of all times.
He told BANG Showbiz: "I enjoy good times with good people anywhere and any place. And Bestival is the perfect example of it.
"I've played lots of festivals this summer and I'm like, wow, how do people know. They know every word, and they're all young college kids and they all know it."
The pair ended up partying late into the night with bands including The Maccabees and Mercury Music Prize winners The XX, celebrity stylist Katy England, Filthy Dukes and a host of other stars.
