Korg have announced a bunch of new products for 2014, including the Volca Sample, two new additions to the Elec-tribe and the Clip Hit practice drum kit.

Korg impressed many recently with the analog Volca machines , and they've now gone digital with the Volca Sample. Tweak, play and sequence samples with just one unit, which contains a powerful Analog Isolater, allowing you to sculpt samples. The convenient size and functions echo the rest of the Volca series, and the Volca Sample lets you edit and sequence up to 100 sample sounds in real time.

Inducted into the Electribe are the new Electribe MX2 and the Electribe Sampler. A decade after the Electribe SX was launched, the Sampler is designed to be easy to use for newcomers and even more enjoyable for Electribe faithfuls. The Electribe EMX2 has new features to enhance live performance, a new workflow with Ableton Live and covers more genres of music that ever before.

For those wanting a new way to practice drumming, the Clip Hit is a fun drum module that clips to almost any surface, triggering sounds when you hit that surface. Kick sounds are triggered with an included footswitch, and you can connect an mp3 player to jam with. Listen either with headphones for silent practice or use the built-in speaker.

For a small sampler that live DJs can use on the Korg releases included the mini Kaoss Pad 2S, an effects unit that fits in the palm of your hand, with touch pad control and 100 built-in effects programs.

Korg have also added to the Pa Series with the pa3X Le professional arranger. With a high performance and huge collection of onboard sounds, the 76-note keyboard delivers over 410 styles.

If you're looking for a new tuner, Korg's extended range will have something for your tuning needs including the PitchHawk-G2, Rimpitch-C acoustic guitar tuner and the Slimpitch chromatic tuner and contact mic.
