Korg Kronos AL-1 Sound Engine
This particular engine features a premium analog modelling sound engine which was initially used on the Korg OASYS, the Open Architecture Synthesis Studio, in 2005.
The unique ultra-low-aliasing oscillators use different technology to that found on the HD-1. This allows AL-1 to faithfully recreate a powerful analog synth sounds that you would come to expect from an analog synthesizer.

Another feature, which makes this particular sound engine stand out is the ability to morph waveforms and change the oscillator shapes in real-time.
Users can also decide whether to use classic filter sounds or to utilise the MultiFilter function, which allows you to create hybrid filter shapes for even more detailed synthesis alongside the other features such as; low boost, ring modulation and analog-style FM.
