Korg CA-40 tuner 'huge improvement' on previous models
Posted on 19 Sep 2010 09:00 to category : Instruments News

The Korg CA-40 tuner is a "huge improvement" on previous models due to its wider tuning range, according to the manufacturer.
It stated that this "essential addition" to a musician's equipment helps players to ensure that all their instruments are perfectly in tune.
Where pitch pipes and tuning forks can be less reliable, the Korg CA-40 allows guitar players to check their axe stays in tune due to its input and output jacks, which means it can remain plugged in during recording sessions or performances.
This, the company stated, gives the product the edge over other Korg tuners such as the CA-30 and C1-C8 range.
"As you use this great tuner, your performances will be right on key," the firm added.
Other features of the gadget include its easy-to-read LCD display and adjustable calibration, which is augmented by a memory function.
It offers 85 hours of non-stop use, but will switch itself off if not used for more than 20 minutes.
