Kings of Leon announce UK stadium shows
Electric guitar band Kings of Leon have announced plans to embark on a UK tour next summer, taking in some of the country's biggest stadium venues on a month-long jaunt around the country.
The Tennessee quartet - who released their fifth studio album, Come Around Sundown, earlier this month - will play the first gig of their latest British sojourn at Coventry's Ricoh Arena on May 30th 2011.
They will then hit Sunderland's Stadium of Light for the next show of the tour on June 17th, before heading south to perform at Manchester's Old Trafford cricket ground two days later on June 19th.
London's Hyde Park will host the band on June 22nd, before the tour winds down to its conclusion at Murrayfield Stadium in Edinburgh four days later.
The group are currently playing several shows across the US until next month, before playing throughout Britain and mainland Europe throughout December.
