King Creosote, The View and Mott the Hoople were among the winners at the Homecoming Scotland Tartan Clef Awards.
Eccentric vocalist and guitar player King Creosote was named Singer/Songwriter of the Year at the event, which was staged in aid of Nordoff-Robbins Music Therapy.
The performer, better known to his family as Kenny Anderson, won the award despite only releasing one album, Flick the Vs, in 2009.
A prolific songwriter, he has recorded more than 40 albums since his debut in 1998.
Guitar group The View were named Best Live Band, while ex-Marillion singer Fish took the Scottish Rock Award and Lloyd Cole & the Commotions were given the Lifetime Achievement Award.
Mott the Hoople were handed the Legend Award after reforming for a series of 40th anniversary shows earlier in the year.
They were presented with the honour by Def Leppard vocalist Joe Elliott, who then joined members of veteran guitar band The Quireboys to perform a tribute to Mott the Hoople.
