Kasabian announce warm-up shows for V Festival
Indie stars Kasabian have announced details of two warm-up shows prior to their headline slot at this year's V Festival.
The electric guitar group are to play the Belfast Belsonic on August 17th 2010, before coming to London for a show at the O2 Brixton Academy two evenings after that.
Tickets for the Belfast gig will go on general sale on July 7th, with London-based fans able to buy tickets for the Brixton date from July 9th.
Kasabian's performance at V Festival will round off a highly successful 18 months for the band, in which they have had a number one album with West Ryder Pauper Lunatic Asylum, as well as winning a variety of industry awards.
Other acts and artists booked to play at V Festival this year include electric guitar star Paul Weller, dance act The Prodigy and pop star Cheryl Cole.
