Kanye West wants to produce Bieber
Kanye West wants to produce Justin Bieber's new album.
The 'Power' hip-hop star has previously collaborated with Justin on a remix of his track 'Runaway Love', which he released last year, and teen sensation singer's manager, Scooter Braun confirmed yesterday (05.01.11) they are planning to work together again.
In an online web chat, Scooter said: "Justin and Kanye had a call, about a song they're trying to work on together. Kanye wants to produce a bunch of new songs for his new album."
He wouldn't, however, give away the title of the song or any ideas as to how it will sound.
Justin, 16, has long had ties with the hip-hop and R 'n' B worlds, having been mentored by Usher after he was discovered on YouTube, and he recently appeared in a video from a studio with rapper P. Diddy where he was initiated into his Dirty Money crew, and taught how to do their trademark swaggering walk.
Justin's album, 'My Worlds' was named the third most successful of 2010, selling 5.8 million copies.Posted on 6 Jan 2011 16:15 to category : Music News
