Kanye West looks to the Middle East

Before he jets off on one of his blingtastic jets, he will send emissaries to establish decent locations for filming.
West is looking to shoot scenes in Abu Dhabi, Dubai and Doha Qatar in what is expected to be another provocative and intriguing film.
"In Abu Dhabi, Dubai and Doha all of the film initiatives are government controlled," a source close to the star told the Observer.
"A bidding war is going on between various government entities and private investors to fund the film."
The original short film – it's 35 minutes long – was written by Hype Williams but directed by West.
It is believed to have been inspired by Prince's Purple Rain and Michael Jackson's Thriller.
Entertainment Weekly described it as "a carefully modulated art-film made by a man on a mission".
