Jimmy Page 'visual documentary' priced at £445
Fans of electric guitar legend Jimmy Page will have to be prepared to fork out if they want to get their hands on his unique version of an autobiography.
The Led Zeppelin star's "visual documentary" which consists of 500 pages of photos of him performing on stage is being sold at £445 per copy.
According to the rocker, he did not want to do a conventional book and the collection of photos will be the closest he comes to releasing a memoir.
"I've been approached to do an autobiography, but I thought that was the least attractive way of doing a book," the electric guitar player told the New York Times.
"It's purely about the music and nothing else."
Earlier this year, Page came second to Jimi Hendrix in Gibson's rundown of the greatest 50 guitar players in history.
Others who made it in to the top ten included Keith Richards, Eric Clapton and Jeff Beck.
