Jimmy Page inducted into Mojo Hall of Fame
Legendary Led Zeppelin guitarist Jimmy Page has been given a place in the Mojo Hall of Fame.
The music magazine honoured the musician at a ceremony in London.
Speaking to BBC News after the event, Page revealed that he is busy with a mysterious new project.
"I'm just looking forward to making some music and surprising people with it," the electric guitar player said. "I've got an idea of something which I've had for a long time and now's the time to do it."
Other winners at the Mojo ceremony included the Stone Roses, who picked up the classic album gong for their 1989 self-titled debut.
Kasabian's track Fire was named as the best song of the year.
Earlier this year, The Who's lead singer Roger Daltrey told BBC 6 Music that it is one of his ambitions to record an album with Page.
Daltrey said he would like to do a blues record with the Led Zeppelin star.
