Jessie J 'penning a musical'
Pop star Jessie J has revealed to The Sun newspaper that she is in the midst of penning a piece of musical theatre.
The show-in progress, said Jessie, who judges on The Voice, is "about life and feeling good. It's about time there's something on stage that kids can go to and come out thinking they can take on the world and do something with their life if they're in a bad place".
Jessie is famous for tracks such as Who's Laughing Now and Price Tag. Her album, Who You Are reached number two in the charts.
But there might be some time to go before we see her show: the musical instrument-filled endeavour is currently in the midst of a hiatus, according to the busy singer.
According to the Sun, Jessie performed in Whistle Down the Wind when she was younger. The Andrew Lloyd-Webber musical features such musical numbers as If Only and The Vow.
