James Morrison announces forest concerts
Posted on 15th Dec 2009 17:00 to category Band / Celebrity News
James Morrison has recently announced that he will be performing two concerts as part of next year's Forestry Commission Live Music events.
James's debut album 'Undiscovered' has already sold over two million copies.
His second album, 'Songs For You, Truths For Me' continues on this success and is still in the charts over a year since its release.
James is well known for playing acoustic guitar in his live shows, and will be playing the two forest concerts after his first UK arena tour.
The series of concerts fund themselves, and all profits are reinvested into a variety of Forestry Commission environmental and social projects across the UK.
Keane and Simply Red have also confirmed that they will also be performing at the 2010 festival.
Simply Red's frontman Mick Hucknall commented that the concerts offer a fantastic experience for any band by allowing them to play in the unique forest settings that Forestry Commission Live Music promotes.
