Girls Aloud in silence
Posted on 12 Apr 2010 10:00 to category : Music News

Nadine Coyle hasn't spoken to her Girls Aloud bandmates for over six months.
The girl group - which also consists of Cheryl Cole, Sarah Harding, Nicola Roberts and Kimberley Walsh - are currently on a planned break but Nicola admits they haven't heard from the Northern Ireland-born singer since they supported Coldplay in London last September.
She told Hello! magazine: "If I'm really honest, we haven't spoken to Nadine since we did the Coldplay gig at Wembley in September. I talked to the other girls about it no, none of us have heard from her. But there is no feud."
Nadine currently lives in Los Angeles and is putting the finishing touches to her debut solo LP, and has previously denied claims she is delaying a Girls Aloud reunion.
She refuted suggestions made by Kimberley she was stopping the girl group getting back together to record the follow-up to 2008 album 'Out of Control'.
She tweeted: "Laughing at people suggesting i'm holding up GA. Really?? Let's be realistic. Open your eyes. It's made out like I have all the power (sic)."
Kimberley had previously claimed Nadine needed to sort out her schedule in order for the much-awaited reunion to happen.
She said: "I miss the girls. The plan is... well, basically Nadine needs to come over from Los Angeles.
"We need to chat and book it in because there are five people's diaries to work around, rather than just one."
Girls Aloud still have three more albums to release as part of their contract with Fascination Records.
