Gibson guitar for Shatner at film premiere

William Shatner was presented with a custom-made Gibson acoustic guitar over the weekend as he attended the premiere of his new film, William Shatner's Gonzo Ballet, at the Nashville Film Festival.
Karl Dean, Nashville's mayor, presented Shatner with the guitar, which was dubbed by BSEG as "a true one of a kind symbol of Nashville's musical legacy".
While Shatner is best known for his acting work, he has a strong relationship with the music industry and has released several albums.
His cover of Pulp's Common People, off 2004 album Has Been, helped to win him some acclaim and provides some of the basis for his new movie, which documents a Margo Sappington Ballet called Common People that is set to his music.
