Acoustic guitar player Sam Duckworth, better known as the singer/songwriter of Get Cape. Wear Cape. Fly, has announced details of a UK tour.
Starting at the Deaf Institute in Manchester on August 10th, Duckworth will take his band to London, Nottingham and Edinburgh in support of an as-yet-untitled new album, which will be the follow-up to 2008's Searching For The Hows And The Whys.
According to NME.com, the Get Cape. Wear Cape. Fly website will be updated with more information about the tour and the album in the coming weeks.
The band will be playing at the Borderline in London on August 11th, the Rock City Basement in Nottingham on the 12th and the Edinburgh Electric Circus on the 13th.
Get Cape. Wear Cape. Fly recently announced on Twitter that the new record is expected to be in shops by September 13th 2010, while the acoustic guitar band will also be playing the Leftfield stage at Glastonbury this year.
