Posted on 22 Apr 2010 14:18 to category : Band / Celebrity News

Joe Bonamassa is one of the leading guitarists of his generation and is famed for his use of the Gibson Les Paul.
Joe is playing a special headline gig at the Birmingham NIA on Monday 31st May, and Gear4music.com is offering you the opportunity to win a pair of tickets to the gig.
Send an email with the subject line 'Bonamassa Competition' including your Gear4music.com account code, to info@gear4music.com to be entered in the draw for the tickets.
Entries need to reach us by midnight on Thursday 6th May, with the winner to be drawn and contacted on Friday 7th May.
Bonamassa has shared stages with the likes of Eric Clapton, who's band Cream have been cited as one of Bonamassa's earliest influences.
Influences ranging from B.B King to Gary More and even prog rock band Yes are prevalent in Bonamassa's music, something that can be appreciated even more in a live situation.
His last solo album was this year's "Black Rock", but 2010 has also seen Bonamassa announce work with drummer Jason Bonham and bassist Glenn Hughes.
They have released an album under the name Black Country, peaking at 14 in the UK.
