Gear4music.com Launches 24 Hour Express Order Phone Line
Gear4music.com, the musical instrument and equipment retailer, has launched a 24 hour express order phone line on 0843 155 0247.
The service will be available 365 days a year, allowing new and existing Gear4music customers to check stock levels and delivery dates, as well as place orders over the phone.
The service has been designed for customers who already know which products they would like to order, and who would rather place their order over the telephone than online.
Gear4music customers can now purchase musical instruments and equipment any time of day or night, even on Christmas Day!
The express order line will not handle customer service enquiries or provide pre-sales advice.
Gear4music advises any customers searching for general advice on making a purchase, or who have any customer service questions, to call its normal telephone number 0843 155 0800 during office hours.
The company’s Managing Director Andrew Wass commented, “at Gear4music.com we’re committed to providing our customers with some of the best service available online."
"We already offer flexible delivery options, including the ability to choose your own delivery date."
"Offering our customers the opportunity to shop over the phone 24 hours a day, all year round seems like the natural thing to do to provide even better service.”
The Gear4music order line is now active on 0843 155 0247.
Alternatively customers looking for pre-sales advice or who have customer service queries should call the Gear4music support team on 0843 155 0800.Posted on 23 Dec 2010 15:43 to category : Music News
