Gear4music Launch Up To 5 Years Extended Warranty
Posted on 4 Aug 2010 10:01 to category : Music News

Leading musical instrument and equipment retailer Gear4music.com are now offering customers up to 5 years extended warranty on most new purchases.
The company believes that its warranty is unique in the music gear industry for the level of service that it offers the customer.
Not only will warranty be extended from the date of delivery, but an extended Money Back Guarantee means customers will have up to 30 days to decide if the equipment is right for them.
If a customer does experience a problem with their item, sending back to Gear4music is no hassle, with collection and delivery costs are included for the full duration of the warranty.
Should it be impossible for the Gear4music team to repair a customer's item, then a similar alternative product, or cash discount, will be offered.
The warranty makes sure that customers aren't left without an instrument - if an item is takes longer than 28 days to repair, then loan or replacement equipment will be provided.
Adding even more flexibility to the policy, Gear4music allow the warranty to be transferred to the new user if the item is re-sold.
Managing Director, Andrew Wass, commented, "our aim is to consistently provide the best possible service to our customers."
"With up to 5 years extended warranty available, and a whole host of other great features such as up to 30 days Money Back Guarantee, we feel that this warranty provides an unparalleled level of service and piece of mind to our customers."
The extended warranty is available at the point of purchase on most new products - details of the exact cover are available on individual product pages.
