Fleetwood Mac to tour the world in 2013
The band will kick things off with a run of US shows from April to June before appearing at a host of European festivals and one-off shows. There are also plans to visit Australia during the year.
Speaking to Rolling Stones magazine, singer Stevie Nicks said that 2013 is "going to be the year of Fleetwood Mac".
The group are known for a host of hits dating back to the late 1960s, when they first made their mark with number one single Albatross.
Man of the World, Oh Well and The Green Manalishi (With the Two-Prong Crown) also experienced top ten success in the before the end of 1970.
Since then their fans class the likes of Dreams, Go Your Own Way and The Chain among their favourite Fleetwood Mac songs, with Rumours being recognised as one of the most iconic albums of all time.
"It's the perfect time to go back out. If everything goes well we'll be in Europe doing festivals this summer. Then we'll actually tour Europe, which is different than just doing festivals. Then we might do 15 or so shows in Australia," Nicks added.
