Five musicians and one guitar
The Canadian Band Walk Off the Earth joined forces with British singer Sarah Blackwood to offer viewers a totally new way of playing the instrument.
The musicians, who must have been feeling in a creative and collaborative mood, all pitched in to perform a visually stunning version of Somebody That I Used to Know by Gotye.
Since it was first posted on the video-sharing website, it has been viewed – at the time of writing – over 4.5 million times.
"Hey Canada, we'll take these guys over Justin Bieber any day," commented one person on the site.
Another fan said: "I love you guys for giving me such joy by this wonderful singing/performance/creativity!"
In the video, each of the five musicians takes on a different aspect of guitar playing, from strumming, fretting, tapping and drumming.
Hollywood actor Russell Crowe was so impressed that he took to Twitter to give praise.
