"We got a Brit Award, we played with Brian May [of Queen], he was playing his guitar, that was pretty mad," Mr Conlon said of his boy band days.
The singer Jessie J said that she had once been to a Five gig and had "really enjoyed" the rendition.
Unfortunately, Mr Conlon was not selected for the second round of The Voice by Jessie J or her co-judges Will-i-am, Tom Jones and Danny O'Donoghue.
Sean said that he had moved on from his group as part of a voyage of self-discovery. They were behind songs Slam Dunk (Da Funk) and Let's Dance, among others.
