Fender Stratocaster signed by Jeff Beck up for auction

A Fender Stratocasterguitar signed by Jeff Beck is being auctioned off for charity.
The electric guitar star has autographed the Stratocaster in aid of the Midnight Mission charity, which provides housing and services such as job training to homeless people.
Beck's Fender Stratocaster is now listed on eBay, with the bidding process open until May 10th 2010.
As of today (May 4th), there have been 28 bids for the rare guitar, with its price currently standing at $1,650 (£1,085).
Beck donated the Fender Stratocaster to Midnight Mission after using it during a performance in Los Angeles in April.
The electric guitar player is touring the US at the moment in support of his recently-released album Emotion and Commotion.
He is set to play the UK later this year, with autumn dates including appearances in Brighton, Birmingham, Manchester and London.
The British leg of the tour, which is due to take place in October, will also visit Glasgow, Sheffield and Bristol.
