EHX Officially Unveil KEY9 Electric Piano Machine Pedal
Internet forums were awash with speculation on what sounds would be included and just how it would sound in comparison to the other pedals in the range by Electro Harmonix. Through nine unique settings the KEY9 emulates Wurlitzer and Rhodes sounds, organs along with a vibraphone, marimba and even steel drums.
The dials on the pedal are designed to be simplistic for ease of use. The dry controls the volume of the untreated instrument level offering the user to blend the sound of their instrument be it a guitar or bass with the piano sound of the KEY9 for a fuller sound. Most presets on the pedal allow you to adjust modulation to your liking. The pedal also comes with an Electro Harmonix power supply as standard.
