Drum teacher told to shut-down shed studio
Darren Hasson-Davies was told to stop drumming after neighbours complained about the noise that was leaking from the shed, the BBC reported.
Mr Hasson-Davies believes a "design flaw" in the shed is to blame.
"The majority of my income would go," the drumming teacher told the BBC.
"I tried to be very accommodating and paid £3,500 for electronic equipment suggested by both neighbours to keep the noise down, and tried to work with them in other ways."
He is now looking for a new venue to continue the invaluable work he does in helping young drummers realise their dreams. He currently teaches around 50 children.
The council said that Mr Hasson-Davies did not have planning permission to use his shed for music.
In related news, the Arctic Monkeys' drummer, Matt Helders, announced he was going to take up the guitar and auto harp.
