Dave Grohl: I love all music
Posted on 20 Feb 2012 16:58 to category : Instruments News

The Foo Fighter frontman was thought to have made an acceptance speech that was attacking electronic music, which many artists of this genre were said to be upset about.
During the speech, Grohl had stated that the "human element" of music was very important and that crafting music was about more than just using computer software.
Aware that he was misunderstood, the singer-songwriter decided to calm the storm that was brewing.
"I love music. I love all kinds of music. From Kyuss to Kraftwerk, Pinetop Perkins to Prodigy, Dead Kennedys to Deadmau5.....I love music," he said.
"Electronic or acoustic, it doesn't matter to me. The simple act of creating music is a beautiful gift that all human beings are blessed with. And the diversity of one musician's personality to the next is what makes music so exciting and.....human."
The Foo Fighters won best rock performance at the Grammy Awards, for their song Walk.
