The Chemical Brothers have announced their live return.
The pioneering dance group will end their 18-month hiatus from the music business to play two shows in London on May 20 and 21 and will also headline a night at the Sonar festival in Barcelona, Spain on June 19.
The duo - Ed Simons and Tom Rowlands - decided to take a rest after a lengthy live tour in promotion of their last album 'We Are The Night' in 2007.
The 'Block Rockin' Beats' hitmakers - who have headlined the second stage at the world-famous Glastonbury festival three times - have previously told how they worry about the long terms effects their energetic and loud live show can have on their health.
Tom said: "Playing live is great, the feedback from the audience and all that. The only problem is that I really ruin my health with it.
"On stage there is the temptation of turning the music louder and louder. It's like a drug and after a show I always end up with ringing ears."
Tickets for The Chemical Brothers shows at The Roundhouse in London on May 20 and 21 go on sale at 9am on February 12.
