Bullet For My Valentine to 'slay' Donington

Bullet For My Valentine are going to "slay" the crowd when they headline Download festival this year.
The metal group - who have just released their third album 'Fever' - are itching to make their comeback festival performance, headline the second stage at the rock landmark in June, and promise an explosive set.
Speaking backstage as the band prepared to play as secret show for website MySpace, drummer Michael 'Moose' Thomas told BANG Showbiz: "It's going to be our first UK show, and it's a big show for us, obviously being British, so we were just blown away to be asked to play it and it's a great spot for us to have, we're going to slay."
Singer and guitarist Matt Tuck added that the festival has a particular significance for the band, as it mirrors their own rise within the metal scene, as they have risen up the bill each of the six times they have played since 2003.
Matt said: "It was the first festival we ever played and before we got a record deal and so our first experience of playing a festival was at Donington - and since then it's gone up and up and up and now we have the headline slot."
Joining the 'Your Betrayal' band - which also features lead guitarist Michael Paget and bassist Jason James - in headlining the festival are AC/DC, Rage Against the Machine and Aerosmith on the main stage and 30 Seconds to Mars and Stone Sour on the Second stage.
